Because the TH10 is a relatively new and niche 10mm model, mass-market aftermarket support is still very limited. Custom Barrel Makers: High-end custom barrel manufacturers like Jarvis, Inc. manufacture semi-custom and custom match-grade barrels for Taurus firearms. Hi John, aftermarket options for threaded barrels for the Taurus TH10 are not yet available. You would need to have the existing barrel threaded.
