If I purchase the gun, the scope, the scope base, and rings all from buds, how do I set it up so when they arrive at buds they mount the scope on the rifle

Unfortunately, Buds does not perform gunsmithing of any kind. Even to the simple addition of a scope. You'll need to install everything yourself or have a qualified gunsmith help you out.

Hi Thomas and welcome. Unfortunately, Bud's does not offer nor perform any firearm/accessory installations. Scope, scope bases and rings would need to be installed by you or another source.
