Hi Steven and welcome. Yes, the Czech-made vz-50 (or CZ-50) pistol in .32 ACP is classified as Curio & Relic (C&R) eligible by the ATF, although Bud's does not ship C&R firearms to C&R holders. Cheers and stay safe! Bud's policy strictly requires all firearm purchases to be shipped to a standard, licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer for transfer. They will not ship firearms directly to C&R license holders, even if the item is legally C&R eligible.

Yes, it is C&R eligible, however Bud's will not ship to C&R holders, Bud's will only ship to a FFL.
