The included system is for an RMR footprint.

Hi Warren and welcome. Bersa TPR9XT uses an RMR footprint adapter plate system. The optic-ready slide allows you to remove the rear sight assembly section and mount the included RMR-pattern adapter plate directly to the slide. Cheers and stay safe!
