Hi Joshua and welcome. Buds is either using a generic photo of a Gen 3 and not the actual Gen 2 photo without finger grooves, or if it is the actual pistol, it is not a Gen 2. Asked the same thing, was told to buy it and reject it at FFL if it’s not correct. Well, I bought it for science and it was a gen 4 they sent me (which is getting returned). Hope this helps!
