Hi Hernan, This isn't NJ compliant It is 112 ounces. NJ limits to 70 ounces for this handgun https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf

No, this "Carbine" does not meet requirements to be compliant. I would contact Hi Point directly to see if NJ legal models available at a local NJ Dealer Hernan.
