This will fit the both. Better fit would be something in the glock 17 range though. That's the closest to a PT840. This holster is made for the compact 26. 27 glock. Still should work though.

The PT 840 has a 4 inch barrel and the Glock 19 has a4.02 inch barrel so a G19 holster should fit fine.
