Unfortunately, Buds policy has been to remove non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines.

Hi James and welcome. Unfortunately, Buds' will only ship with no magazines if capacity is the only state restriction. Cheers and stay safe!
