No, the factory Glock Performance Trigger .40cal is officially designed and compatible only with Gen 4 and Gen 5 .40 S&W models (such as the Gen 4/5 Glock 22, 23, 27, and Gen 4 Glock 35), rather than Gen 3 frames out of the box.
