Hi Chuck, Unfortunately it isn't due to the 30 round capacity. POLICE OFFICERS and PEACE OFFICERS are exempt from these restrictions as long as they are purchasing the firearm(s) for DUTY USE and have authorization from their employers (department letterhead).
