No it is NOT legal as they have an Assault Weapon ban with the definition of an assault rifle being... A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any two of the following: --> A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon. (ARX100 has pistol grip as defined.) --> A folding or telescoping stock. (ARX100 has folding or telescoping stock as defined.) -- A grenade launcher or flare launcher. --> A flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; (ARX100 has flash suppressor or threaded barrel as defined.) -- A bayonet lug They also have a magazine ban of any magazine over 10 rounds.
