Hi David and welcome. Yes but depends on when your Glock 48 was made. • Original Slimline MOS Cut (Launch through most of 2025): The slide features four recoil posts (front and rear pairs). Because the Holosun 507K uses a K-footprint that only fits the front two lugs, you will need an adapter plate—such as those from C&H Precision, AltitudeCraft, or Monstrum—or you must carefully file/modify the rear two posts. • Revised MOS-K Cut (Late 2025 onward): Newer Glock 48 MOS slides feature an updated two-post cut where the HS507K-X2 will mount directly to the slide with no adapter plate required.
