I don't see the sku# in Daniels line up and it does have the pmag and no mention of ambi safety lever from all the info I have seen on other sites, https://danieldefense.com/firearms/caliber/5-56x45mm.html

I searched and found via the UPC and this does not have an ambi safety and the other info indicates it is the 2016 model.
