I ordered a firearm by mistake and want to cancel my order but it is in the shipping stage. How can I cancel the order? If it ships to the dealer I am picking it up can I just call them and tell them up return it to the sender?

Hi Shane, If you haven't received a tracking number yet you need to call or use the chat now feature asap.  (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST If it ships you will need the FFL to refuse shipment and then wait for Buds to receive the item back until you get refunded.

as soon as possible contact  customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . If it ships you will need the FFL to refuse shipment and then wait for Buds to receive the item back until you get refunded.

Shane, call Buds at  (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST ). They should be able to halt shipment before it ships or even if it ships through the Carrier by a simple phone call. FedEx or UPS can stop and return a shipment at anytime en-route.
