You will have to call buds for that. We the community have no way of knowing that information.
You can call James, but Buds will likely not release the serial number as the firearm is not transferred/owned yet. I would follow the already stringent laws required by CA to be frank and not raise any "Red Flags".
Hi James, You can't start your 10 day waiting period here in Ca until the FFL receives the firearm, logs it in and you do the DROS. The 10 days start after you sign that paperwork.
