Hi Tom, Walther stopped making Blue PPK's a few years ago. Some still exist and the ones Bus sold were used. You will find some Blued PPK's in 380 on Bun Groker "just swap the B & G" and perhaps Armslist. Many small vendors and private individuals have some for sale, just do a search.
