No the QP rifles come as QP rifles from the factory. Buds does not decide if it is a QP firearm or not that would be Springfield in this case

The manufacturer earmarks a select number of packages to be sold as QP firearms Bradley. They even have a LE specific UPC code to designate such. Buds is only the sales vessel in this case. I can relate to your point just the same though.
