What are the differences between item # 719010441 and item # 141 besides the carbon fiber hand guard
No difference other than what you mentioned with the "Carbon Fiber" hang guard Anthony. Neither come with the pictured sights either. There are 98 of one in stock and 20 of the other which may account for some of the price difference as well.
only difference (as you noted) is the CF hand guard
