It is CA Compliant per the State of California Dept of Justice Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale web site. http://certguns.doj.ca.gov/ You will not be able to use the 15 round magazine. Only 10 rounds or less for a magazine capacity.
Sorry no the guns on the list are the are CZ-USA These surplus pistols technically are not on the CA-DOJ handgun roster

Hi Jon the CZ75b pistol has a magazine capacity of 15 rounds. Even though there are 10 round clips available because it has the ability to hold 15 round magazines it is banned by California laws restricting mag capacitys to 10 rounds or less.
