If my gun is sent to one of your preferred dealers are they able to run the background checks? I have never purchased a gun before. Also if I am denied will I get a refund of my purchase?

Yes Mark. Any FFL on Buds list will be able to run the required background check for you. If you do happen to get denied you will receive a refund.

Yes the FFL holder that the gun is shipped will do the paperwork and background (NICS check) if you are denied the gun will be shipped back to Buds and you will get a refund in 2-3 weeks after gun is received back at Buds
