here is what Buds says about it "Send us a scanned image of your qualifying credentials online (account login required). You will receive a confirmation of receipt. It takes 1-2 business days to process your credentials. Orders can be placed right away and will be processed and shipped upon finalizing the credentials verification"

My credentials were uploaded at 10am and I was able to order after noon the following business day. You will not receive notification when it is done in spite of Buds saying you will be notified. 24 to 48 hours is common for this to be processed Manuel.
