A few questions here, here's my situation. My state has a 15rnd mag cap limit. Will it still ship with these mags, or dissemble them as parts kits? If it doesn't ship with these mags will there be a discount? Also do 15rnd px4 mags work in this?

Buds will not modify a firearm from its manufactured packaging in order to make it compliant with your state 
laws. Buds will also not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured 
specifications. The firearm you purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before they will ship.You can find this in the state compliance under customer help & as far as mags yes a 15 will work .You need to find one that is already state compliance ready for your state from the factory   hope this helps

Unfortunately, they won't change anything about it and ship it as is (if it is not allowed to ship that way, they won't change it). I would try contacting them to see if they might be able to do anything. Good luck!! Bans..ugh
