It's an old concept that has been "re-invented". It was first used by hunters over 100 years ago hunting dangerous game because it was quick and dirty. Just stack the dots and shoot. I used it when I was a boy to hunt on moonlit nights. Ivory bead front and ivory inset at the bottom of the rear "V".
