stock yes I don't know of a youth forearm for a full size gun but the forearm will not make any difference as the youth can grip it anywhere along its length

Yes. The Remington youth stocks, be it an 870, 1100 or 11-87 are interchangeable and will fit any standard 12ga framed receiver. They are nothing more than a factory cut down standard stock that is fitted with a modified Sims recoil pad.
