The guns Buds has are all of recent Manufacture so the odds are very high that the have the upgraded trigger that being said the only way to know with 100% certainty is the check the S/N. Buds will not give out the S/N but be confident that if you do get one that needs the upgrade Sig will take care of you

James, your Bianca model 5bh, size 5, part # 10127 should work since you already have it. .2" is well within the range of this holster. You simply need to heat the holster for 3 or 4 minutes with a hair dryer or other source - then place your pistol in while warm and snap the retention strap in place and let cool for 10 minutes. Then try the fit. Once should be enough. Rarely have I needed a second round for a leather holster.
