They both come with the range bag as far as I can tell they are the same gun the ER comes with 4 magazines · Range Bag · Holster · Double magazine pouch the E comes with range bag and 2 mags

These two pistols are similar Jim. The P19129ER has a Black-T finished to withstand corrosion, abrasion and extremes. The PI9129E comes with a "Range Bag" and is "Parkerized".
