Hey Jerome, these are the same pistols. Only difference is that the item number 719001507 is for the LE discount. Currently there aren't any in stock unfortunately. They are the exact same pistol Jerome. The out of stock one is the "Qualified Professional" package one. The in stock is not QP qualified at this time. The manufacturer selects which packages are QP and not Buds.
