George, if your CMMG LR.22 Ar-15 conversion kit locates the feeding tower towards the rear, this will work. It will not if your kit locates the feed tower towards the front of the mag well. (This magazine will work in Atchisson/Ciener style drop-in conversion kits as well as Model 1 Sales, Spike's Tactical, and Target Master conversion units. It works for dedicated uppers for Kel-Tec, Tactical Solutions and the Sig 522 rifle. These magazines will also work in most other conversion kits that locate the loading tower at the rear of the magazine. PUMA AR-22 magazines will not work in M261, Colt/DPMS kits, Carbon 15 or the S&W M&P 15-22, or on conversion kits that locate the loading tower toward the front).
