Yes, Stingers should function fine in the 715P.

Hi Mike, You are correct in your assumption. I will say, there is a lot of other 22LR ammo out there that will function fine that costs quite a bit less than Stingers. Mini Mags have always performed well for me in any 22 pistol or rifle.
