John, the .357/.38 rounds headspace on the rim of the cartridge so a moonclip is not needed. Those are more for cartridges like the .45 ACP, 9MM, or .40 S&W that don't have a rimmed case head. You can purchase speed loaders for faster reloading. Hope this helps you.
