Buds will more than likely waive any fees for TB members John. Lately they have been slow at turning on the "Chat" feature on the weekend but you should see it soon. Sometimes someone is there on the weekend but not always at Team Buds member only Hotline: 1-888-327-9402.
If you call quickley and be profesional about I think they will waive the fee use the chat now if it works this weekend or call asap on monday using the team buds number (since you are a member) 1-888-327-9402. Keep checking back for the chat this weekend i dont know why its not working
