I submitted documentation for proof of my retired military status. Ten days later, I still can not put a QP item in my shopping cart. Is this typical or should I resubmit my application?

Due to recent "High Demand" James, QP application processing has been slow. You should resubmit anyway just in case but also contact Buds via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue Chat Now" bottom at the bottom right of the page or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

did you get the conformation of recipt of your paper work if not I would resubmit from Buds "Send us a scanned image of your qualifying credentials online (account login required). *****You will receive a confirmation of receipt. It takes 1-2 business days to process your credentials. Orders can be placed right away and will be processed and shipped upon finalizing the credentials verification."
