from what I red It should be the only point that is close is "Any rifle with a magazine (including tubular) with a capacity greater than 10 rounds" the mag is 10 rounds but the rifle is 11 (10+1 )and for that reason I recommend contacting a local FFL to be 100% sure that I am understanding it correctly. I would error on the side of caution until I speak with the experts
This rifle is NY compliant for purchase/ownership Frank. It meets all current NY Requirements.
