if you mean pick it up in Ohio yes you purchase the gun from Buds they ship it to a local (to you) FFL who does the paperwork and NICS check for a transfer fee (that you will pay him) If you mean can you order it and pick it up at Buds in Tenn (or any other Buds store) the again yes as long as the sale is legal in BOTH states you can buy an long gun (no pistols) across state lines again the Buds store will do the paperwork and NICS check (for a fee)

You certainly can for a Rifle or any Long Gun Doyle. Buds will act as the transferring FFL. Handguns, no.
