Yes it will it is a Blackhawk Model the Ruger vaquero is the light weight frame that will not handle "Ruger only " loads

Yes, this "Blackhawk" Framed Pistol is heavy duty frame and will handle Ruger Only Loads.

It will handle the hot loads but watch that the cylinder pin does not jump out under recoil. Belt Mountain makes a kit to prevent this from happening.
