just try putting the QP item you want in your cart and checking out if it goes through you are good if not then Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button
You are never notified Josh even though Buds says they will. You should be setup within 72hrs regardless.
Note that Bud's online submission of credentials doesn't work. You must email your documentation to Bud's in order to be certified as a QP. You will not be notified after your paperwork is processed but you can check by putting a QP item in your shopping cart.
