No, only Long Guns Chris. Handguns will have to be purchased in or sent to an FFL in your state of residence for transfer.

No by Federal law you can not purchase a handgun across state lines. a long gun yes you could but a handgun would be illegal and would have to be shipped to a VA FFL to do the transfer. This law is tough on me as I live on the VA line (in NC) and have many more dealers in VA than NC
