Alphonse, this will depend on the "Lower" you plan to attach. If your lower is "Fixed Stock" w/detachable magazine without pistol grip then the "Upper can have one of these items only - 1. Bayonet lug 2. Flash suppressor 3. Threaded barrel 4. Grenade launcher (If your lower is "Fixed Stock" w/detachable magazine with pistol grip then the "Upper" is not legal in NJ).
