After you submit your DD214, after 72 hrs or 3 business days you should be able to add QP items to your cart. Buds will not notify you even though they say they will. I submitted on a Wednesday and was able to purchase on that Friday (less than 48hrs). I don't think Buds processes these on the weekends so be patient.

Hey Graham, you should be able to add the Qualified professionals items into your cart now and proceed to checkout. If not I would contact Buds to clarify. Hope you got it worked out!
