Hi J.C, My balances are never updated. It usually just says how much each payment I have made underneath in the notes and I do my own math to keep track. You can use the chat now feature to get an updated amount though

go to order status/account under overview select payment on the order you want to see the balance of there you will see Order Total: XXXXXX Current Total *: XXXXXXX Total Payment Received: XXXXXX Remaining Balance: XXXX X= $ and yes it does take E checks about 5 days to show up on the balance
