There is no way of knowing I have been waiting on one for a long time it should be out this year but your guess as to when is as good as mine I will say it shows on the marlin web site so it is getting closer

Mark, Buds will always try to restock firearms, especially "high demand" ones as quickly as possible. Since buds cannot give a specific time, just add the item to your "Wish List" and Buds will notify you when it becomes available. I would also give Marlin a call to see if they have started shipping to Distributors yet at Consumer Service Dept: 1-800-544-8892 Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Should be coming soon. the gun parlor. com already has it up. This will likely be in demand so bud's should definitely be stocking them. Hope you're able to find one!
