USN retired AT1 here thanks for you service sorry it must be picked up and the transfer done by the person who orders the gun. It looks like a "straw purchase " for someone to order in one name and transfer to another. you could get Buds gift cards send the numbers to him ( there is a tab on gift cards "email to friend} and have your dad order and take possession of the guns (they would be His guns ) which he could later do what ever is legal (private sale or through a FFL holder) in your home state to transfer possession of them to you.
