How is it that I can walk into the brick and mortar store in Tennessee and by a rifle off of the shelf but cannot purchase the same rifle online without paying the $30 VIP fee? My last rifle was purchased from Buds online with no problems. Is this just target marketing because my internet history shows I am interested in the product? I literally looked at this certain rifle on the shelf while traveling through Tennessee.

Hi Dustin, it actually is "Targeted" by the Manufacturer. Manufacturers earmark a small number of firearms to be sold only to QP/LE. It actually is not Buds call on this and to remain eligible to retail these QP/LE packages, Buds must adhere to the Factory wishes. I agree that if it is legal for me to own I should be able to buy it.

I assume team buds not the LE/QP program team buds is a premium service that Buds sells to give certain Perks to members when a I tem gets in short supply they reserve it for members when the get more back in they will be open for purchase by everyone you can look at the perks and decide if you want to join or not https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/teambuds.php
