yes the safety is swappable from left to right if you look at the pictures you will se it set up on both sides

Unfortunately the "Slide Release" is not ambidextrous Ray as it only has the slide release cutout on one side. Other operations are ambi or ambi switchable as stated.

James look at the 2nd picture and you will see the safety installed from the left "The modular design of the USP's internal components allows the control lever (safety) function to be switched from the left to the right side of the pistol for left-handed shooters.

The USP model has never had an ambi slide release, however the Elite and Expert models both have ambi safety/decock levers.
