Not at all with the "Majority" of CO2 powered pistols Thomas. My neighborhood houses are on small quarter acre lots and I shoot all the time with no issue.

you will have more worries with someone seeing you Shooting a "firearm" and calling the cops than the noise being loud enough to bother someone they are quiet

Hi Thomas, it really depends on your yard. If under a half acre possibly but anything bigger I wouldn't worry.
