Hi Alexander, all of the "Qualified Professional" marked items are specially earmarked by the Manufacturer to be sold to QP/First Responders only. Buds or other vendors don't have any control over this. I'm with you in that if it's legal to own I should be able to buy it regardless.

1st it is legal for anyone to own "Qualified Professional" as they are no different than the non QP guns they are just discounted packages from the manufacturer If you tell ush wat QP item you want we may be able to tell you what the standard (non qp package ) version of it is
