I noticed that a reviewer stated the item he received was not the item shown. The website does state that pictures are not always accurate. You should look up item number and info. Well, the item number, description, and picture all match when compared to Mossberg site. This item should be exactly as pictured.......18.5" barrel with full length mag tube. Why did one purchaser receive short mag tube? What will I receive?

I have also checked other sites and it appears to be what's pictured. Far as the other guy it might have been a fluke from Mossberg cause that wasn't the only issue he was having

You did the correct thing by checking with the manufacturer. The person that indicated they got the incorrect model probably just got a mix up (it does unfortunately occur). I know to make sure the one I purchased was correct, I actually contacted the manufacturer who not only confirmed it was correct but also said if it was not what I wanted to get with them and they'd fix it.
