Will PS-90 rifle be made available to "non-qualified professionals" at perhaps a different price point?  Interested in purchasing the rifle.  Thank you.

Hi Alexander. Manufacturers earmark a certain number of firearm packages to be sold to QP/First Responders only and is a "Manufacturer Program". Buds or other vendors must abide by these package rules. Only when a non QP marked package comes into stock will you be able to purchase if you are not a QP. I'm with you in that if a firearm is legal to own I should be able to purchase it regardless of package.
