I was thinking the same there Randy as they both seem to fit the others. I would say yes they would fit or contact trijicon to make sure.

Hi Tammy, No this fits H&K P30, P30L, P30SK, VP9, 45C, 45C Tactical. Unfortunately Trijicon doesn't make sights for the VP40 yet
