Hi John, Used. These S&W M&P 45 police trades are in good condition. They show some handling marks and holster wear, but overall they are nice. They were only in service for about 2 years. Include night sights and 3 mags.

These are "Used" Police trade in's of which some may not be used but cannot be resold as "New" since previously owned. As soon as any firearm is sold to the 1st owner "Brand New" it is considered "Used" from that point forward.
